This dry rub is great on chicken and shrimp. If you like it a little tamer on the hot side, try a half tablespoon of cayenne pepper.

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Paprika
  2. 1/3 cup Kosher Salt
  3. 1/3 cup Garlic Powder
  4. 3 tbsp Black Pepper, Ground
  5. 1 tbsp White Pepper, Ground
  6. 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  7. 1 tbsp Thyme, Dried
  8. 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper, Ground
Instructions
  1. Mix or shake all ingredients in a container until well blended.
Notes
  1. Store in a cool dry dark place.
